TUESDAY'S
4:15-4:45: TINY TUMBLING & GYM
Ages 3-5. Students will build strength, stamina, flexibility, discipline, and balance, while learning terminology, technique, and specific skills, all while having a blast! This course will cover the fundamentals and building blocks of the art that is gymnastics. 
DRESS CODE: Comfortable clothes (leotards are recommended) and bare feet or socks.
COST: $50/Month or $14/class if purchased individually.

5:00-5:30: INTRODUCTION TO DANCE & MOVEMENT
Ages 3-6.  This class focuses on creating a safe, fun, and educational environment for children to experiment with movement and self-expression. In addition to flexibilIty, strength, and overall coordination, students learn introductory skills in improvisation, rhythm, body/spacial awareness, and terminology in the basic classic dance forms. 
DRESS CODE: Comfortable moveable clothing or classic dance attire with dance shoes (ballet or jazz) or socks.
COST: $50/Month or $14/class if purchased individually.

5:30-6:30: Ballet 1
Ages 6-11. This curriculum covers vocabulary, correct placement of the body, feet, head and arms, study of the five basic positions and all elementary movements, terminology, and coordinations. Students will have a great time while learning the foundations of this beautiful art form.
DRESS CODE: Leotard and tights (skirt optional) for girls, and shorts and a form fitting t-shirt for boys. Ballet shoes are recommended for everyone.
COST: $65/month or $18/class if purchased individually

6:30-7:30: Ballet 2
Ages 11 and up. Terminology, flexibility, balance, strength, body placement, and movement/musical quality will all be explored in this class! Students will study the ins and outs of this beautiful dance form as they review/learn the basics, and then build to more complex coordinations and choreography. No pre-requisite is required—beginners are welcome!
DRESS CODE: Leotard and tights (skirt optional) for girls, and shorts and a form fitting t-shirt for boys. Ballet shoes are recommended for everyone.

WEDNESDAY'S
7:30-8:30: TEEN/ADULT BALLET
Ages 15 and up. Wether you have always wanted to try ballet, just want to hone your skills, or want to try something different in your fitness routine, this is the class for you! This course focuses on ballet technique, terminology, and movement qualities. As you navigate the amazing world of ballet, you will also build strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance. Dancers of all levels are encouraged to take this class!
DRESS CODE: Comfortable, non-baggy, moveable clothing or classic ballet attire. Ballet shoes recommended.
COST: $65/month or $18/class if purchased individually.

THURSDAY
4:15-5:00: DANCE TECHNIQUE AND CHOREOGRAPHY: LEVEL 1
Ages 6-11. Lay a solid foundation in terminology, coordination, dance movement/technique, and choreography retention in this new and exciting course! Students will work to improve flexibility, discipline, strength, and performance quality and ability. This jazz based class will pull from other classic genres to give students a broader understanding of dance and movement.
DRESS CODE: Comfortable moveable clothing or classic dance attire with dance shoes (ballet or jazz).
COST: $65/month or $18/class if purchased individually.

5:00-5:55:  DANCE TECHNIQUE AND CHOREOGRAPHY: LEVEL 2
Ages 11 and up. Students will take a more complete and detailed look at the intricacies of choreography and dance technique, while also turning up the heat on the flexibility and strength aspects of the performing arts. This course is jazz and musical theater dance based, but also includes movement qualities and techniques from other classic styles. No pre-requisite is required. Beginners are welcome—but be ready to move and have fun doing it!
